Our purpose is simple - Reinforce Defence Industry to support our Tri Services and ensure success in Sovereign Preparation for the Nation.

Established in 2015, Workforce Dynamics is an Australian Defence SME and Professional Services Firm. We are one of the most agile, fast-growing SME’s in the Australian Defence Industry today and we are immensely proud of the work we do and the speed at which our firm has grown.

Workforce Dynamics operates within the realm of Project Guardianship, shaping and influencing the human side of projects. While processes and planning are essential to projects, their success ultimately depends on the people executing them—and that’s where we come in. We have 10 years experience supporting Commonwealth and Defence Primes and SME's.

A project is more than just deliverables and outcomes driven by systems and processes; it is also shaped by the psychodynamics of the individuals— their behaviours, attitudes, and interactions—that form the fabric of execution.

In the Defence Industry, projects tend to be highly systems-driven, often assuming that individuals will naturally resolve leadership and behavioural challenges on their own without Guardianship. This focus on processes and outcomes, while crucial, often leaves the human element under-addressed or only superficially considered.

Successful projects require efficient ways to navigate internal conflicts and stakeholder relationships. An external, objective presence can be invaluable in resolving these challenges quickly—ensuring a focus on outcomes while integrating behavioural insights that drive success.

We have provided Project Guardianship services to Defence Primes across projects exceeding $35 billion dollars, quietly and efficiently contributing to positive outcomes since 2016 and expediting natural delays due to human/relational elements of a project.
